Charged with a second DUI within 10 years?

For a second DUI, you can expect to pay a fine between $600 and $1000, could serve up to 12 months in jail, will have to carry out a minimum of 30 days of community service, will have to complete a DUI Alcohol or Drug Risk Reduction Program, take a clinical evaluation and complete any necessary treatment and you will be placed on 12 months of probation (or less if any jail time is served).

Charged with a third DUI within 10 years?

A third DUI is a high and aggravated misdemeanor. For this offense you can expect to pay a fine between $1,000 and $5,000, could serve up to 12 months in jail, will have to carry out a minimum of 30 days of community service, complete a DUI Alcohol or Drug Risk Reduction Program, take a clinical evaluation and complete any necessary treatment, and will be placed on 12 months of probation (or less if any jail time is served).

Charged with a fourth DUI within 10 years?

If you are convicted of your fourth DUI within 10 years, this is a felony offense and you can expect to pay a fine between $1,000 to $5,000. You will also be imprisoned for one to five years (you will have to serve at least three months of this sentence). You will have to complete 60 days of community service, complete DUI Alcohol or Drug Risk Reduction program, take a clinical evaluation and complete any necessary treatment and will be placed on five years of probation (or less depending on your jail time that was served).
